CInergy delivers details and analysis of millions of combinations of mobile handsets, tariffs and deals directly to where the information is needed - to sales and retention agents in the call centre or retail outlet. We call it Accelerated Intelligence™.

Our deal recommendation engine lets agents build a deal that is personal to the customer by combining comprehensive market information with details of customers' actual usage to build a deal that will lead to a sale or save in a single call or on the first visit to the shop.

CInergy was founded in 2003 by Managing Director, Brian Boroff, and Chairman, Richard Merrigan, to deliver customer acquisition and retention solutions to mobile service providers. The first generation of CInergy's Accelerated Intelligence™ service was launched in 2004 and a second generation was rolled out to over 1500 Vodafone call centre agents in 2006.
